"Extremely" High stress place to work. Hired for one position and what follows next is a nightmare - Within a few months they had us doing other jobs in addition to what we were hired to do. (All at the same time!) we were told, now we would be trained for FHA insuring of agency loans. Corrections to deficiencies we found had to be done by us! Then we were told we would be trained in HMDA data entry and Hmda audit. and yes, we would be responsible for making sure loans were corrected by us! Then we were told we would be doing data entry with expectations that our speed was in line with their regular data entry employees; If not we would get nasty e-mails. It was of no use, responding to the e-mails that we were not data entry employees!! speed has to come with practice and time. Our heads were spinning everyday. We walk in to work and start where we left us previous day and then asked to stop and start insuring or stop and start auditing or stop and do HMDA entry etc etc.
