you give up 70% of your commission, you don't get compensated for gas, health care, mileage or company meetings, any ideas you have that can benefit the company are passed off by the owner as his own, owners are micro managers, their overly aggressive repayment schedule for "training" is beyond excessive, the bosses call you and expect you to be able to review your reports at all hours of the day, all days of the week, except when they are with their family. if i could give them below one star, I would.

Workplace culture was unprofessional, with frequent inappropriate comments from male staff toward female and LGBTQ+ colleagues. Management did not address concerns about discrimination or harassment. Workforce was overwhelmingly male (98%), with little diversity or inclusion. Note: this was approximately 10 years ago.
