      * Senior management are arrogant and can make inappropriate comments to employees. * Lack of diversity in management (gender and race) * Little support to employees or performance coaching. * Processes and systems are dated and lack any imagination or reason * Senior executive rule with an iron fist and any comments or critiques are quickly shot down and you are ridiculed or belittled. * There is no real way to voice concerns about treatment as leadership are part owners and HR has limited capacity to deal with delicate issues.
