I feel appreciated and am treated with respect. It's ideal for someone who likes to take initiative and bring ideas to the table. My work-life balance has never been better and I really enjoy my job.

We can't share a lot of the delivery work we do - particularly in Digital Investigations (the really interesting work), which I feel is limiting our reach and potential growth.
