Regarding performance and compensation reviews, we benchmark our compensation including annual increases against other employers in Mumbai, and the data does show we are competitive, and average raises are in line with the market. Regarding management forcing positive comments, this is not true. Employees are made aware Glassdoor exists and encouraged to post truthfully, however there is no specific guidance regarding specific comments that anybody should make, and certainly nobody is "forced" to post anything, this is fully at employees' discretion. We would like to encourage everyone working for this organization including those who have been associated with this organization in the past to provide their candid feedback about their experience so that those outside of this organization looking at Protegrity as their potential next workplace will get more insights from a larger group of people.
