      Vantaggi

      Protiviti has a great corporate culture - a big company with a small company feel. Very good people to work with. It can be a bit Political (like any job) - but not as much as Big 4. Protiviti is a bigger competitor to Big 4 than Big 4 realizes which is to our advantage. Protiviti is way ahead of some of the more established 2nd tier firms such as Jefferson Wells.

      Travel can be very demanding depending on your solution/service line and office location. Politics comes into play as expected. Compensation is below that of Big 4 but opportunty for advancement probably exceeds Big 4.

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
