      After working at an auditing firm with dry/unenthusiastic employees, Protiviti was a nice upgrade. Everyone I met was professional, outgoing, hardworking, fun-loving, and intelligent. The employees are sharp at every level. The C-Suite team wants to keep the employees challenged and satisfied, which is evidenced by the open door policy and the number of morale-driving incentives. Team members encourage honesty, integrity, and work-life balance.

      You can be staffed on a project that never ends, but "scope crawl" is just a part of consulting. The firm is growing a lot in the past 10 years, but it is difficult to fully understand where the company is going. The pay is nothing short of dismal.

      Good Culture, decent pay, not overworked too much.

      Repetitive, meaningless, and boring work, hard to pivot out of this career once started. Also, the consulting career feels like such a fake job at times. Doesn't feel like real work. Makes you question your life decisions. I'd recommend any college grads to think about their future career goals first before joining. I joined on a whim and wish I spent more time interviewing. It's been incredibly difficult to pivot out of internal audit and sox compliance once you are in it. However, if you are really good at corporate politics and advocating for yourself you may be able to pivot out of the IAFA solution . However, not sure how that lends it self if you want to leave the company.
