Leadership is really pushing innovation across the board to ensure the company and people are well positioned for the future. The relationship to Robert Half, who owns Protiviti, provides huge financial backing and stability, as well as opportunities to provide services in concert with Robert Half that other organizations simple cannot.

Because the organization is so collaborative, there are times were decision making should be faster. The organization is growing quickly which is good, but there are growing pains in how we operate and change to grow beyond our $1B run rate.
