Diversity is poor yet company reports from surveys say it is good. The problem is the majority (not diverse) are rating diversity which is absurd. African Americans are almost non existent. There is heavy recruiting from colleges representing the same non diverse group. This company can be clicky and certain groups feel excluded. There is unprofessional behavior from all levels of staff to upper management; from inappropriate comments to open sexual harassment during happy hours. The bonus could be better.
