      Management encourages learning new tools and skills, so you have the opportunity to grow within the company if you want to. Everyone is easy to get along with and talk to including management. No micromanaging or constant checking over your shoulder. Employees are highly skilled. Diverse work environment.

The team is very collaborative, ego free and is optimized to land on the best answer for the client. The leadership team is respectful, empathetic to work-life balance and motivated by achievement. I find it as an exciting place to work that causes me to look forward to coming in every day.
