Small company, but you get direct access and feedback from CEO and VP.

-Some good people to work with

-There are not many clients, so there is concern about long-term viability of company. -Company is all smoke and mirrors – basically all they do is simple software testing, though they want others to believe they are involved in all aspects of software development and process improvement. -CEO wants to grow the company, but lacks business relationships and the means to build those relationships. -Company has not met profit projections since CEO severed relationship with largest client, resulting in no bonuses being paid since 2009. -Communication from management is virtually non-existent -
