We have taken steps to address the concerns you raised about Scheduling and have also created more positions for upward growth for BTs. Unfortunately, creating new positions isn't something that can happen quickly and has actually been in the works for over a year. We're excited to see senior BTs now taking over team leadership roles in our centers, which is another layer of support to ensure breaks are easily covered when the other layers of support are working with other children or breaks.
We are concerned about your comments related to burnout and scheduling with unfamiliar clients. We understand that all our staff experience the challenges of their jobs differently and should be treated uniquely when a problem is brought up. If you feel comfortable, please reach out to hr@provenaba.com to let us know if you reported feeling burned out, to whom, and how you felt it was handled, so we can address it. With the comment about not scheduling BTs with clients they don't know, we would also appreciate more feedback about that. You all have essential skills training to give you the ability to work with most clients at our facilities if needed for breaks or when floating, but that doesn't mean that certain cases don't require more care or support. If feeling thrown in with a challenging client is a problem, we want to know about it so we can make sure it's managed correctly moving forward.
