Management has ZERO connection to the "little people." Recent new upper level management has lost sight of "Christ" in its Christian roots (St. Joseph). The hourly staff has been doubled up with work, and stripped of many little things (like packets of sugar, paper cups, coffee and botteled water), all in the name of cutting costs. And yet, it was my undestanding that technology is getting millions of $ in upgrades. Lots of inside networking keeping information from the "little people." Lots of pressure to produce, smile, etc. Meetings abound, but for nothing.
