IE networking and phones, issues routed for US by India for example. • Work previously assigned to the staff that were outsourced shifted to team with no additional resources and work area coverage and responsibility grows by the day. • Analyzing the type of work so they can see what can be a "shift left" thinking that amongst all the rapid changes, without thorough testing, with the thought that remote staff can support the cloud based technology, thereby alleviating the need for onsite staff or reducing work.
