the benefits are fairly good, and despite it being an overtly catholic organization, the religious element is not forced on anyone and they seem to have a genuine drive for diversity.

Management has made it clear that they care about the work being done and not the employees. Over the years, it has become clear that they do not have the "compassion, integrity, and justice" and any of the values the company claims to be proud of.
