Absolutely incompetent leadership who would bully people so frequently that they would crack and quit. People came out of meetings crying because of how cruel leadership was. No matter how many calls you took or how good your customer service was, the supervisor would still find a non-existent problem and put you on a PIP at the drop of a hat. Safety was not a concern and frequently had dangerous patients making threats to safety and livelihood. Management would also constantly make promises and then not follow through like being able to work hybrid or being able to work a different split.
