Poor culture - If you make a bad first impression, you will be ostracized by many. Definitely a boys club, very cliquey. Recognition is saved for the favorite employees, others get thrown to the wayside. Divided culture. No training or development opportunities. Managers are not trained in how to manage a team.. some need to learn the basics. Unclear future.
