The creative team are lovely!

Svantaggi

I would strongly caution anyone considering working here. My experience involved poor leadership communication, feeling consistently gaslit by management, and a workplace culture that did not align with the company’s messaging around psychological safety and wellbeing.

Vantaggi

I'm so passionate about mental health so its great to be a part of helping to deliver high class products to our customers. I love working at Psychwire. The people here are amazing and really care about each other. It feels great to be part of a team that’s so supportive and fun to be around. The courses we offer truly makes a difference in people’s lives. It’s nice to know that what we do helps others with their mental health. I also appreciate the flexible working hours. It really makes balancing work and personal life so much easier. Plus, the pay is fantastic—definitely above what you might find elsewhere. Overall, I highly recommend Psychwire if you’re looking for a job where you can make an impact while enjoying great co-workers and good pay!

Svantaggi

Can't go on holidays at sale times.

There are no pros. If I could I would not give them any stars.

Svantaggi

I read the many terrible reviews posted on Glassdoor by former workers before I started working at Psychwre. I even asked Psychwire management about these terrible reviews when I started the job, to which they replied, "Oh those former staff were either incompetent, disgruntled or completely full of it". I came to find out, this is the gaslighting that happens there when you question why unprofessional conduct is happening at Psychwire. I remember reading a review that said something like, "this work environment is akin to a domestic violence relationship between the workers and the company. I would agree. And unfortunately, what I came to realise is, what the former workers had posted on Glassdoor isn't remotely close to what it was like to work for this company. It was worse. Just look at how often Psychwire advertise for jobs. The staff turnover tells you everything. And the turnover alone cannot be economically viable for the shareholders given the lengthy training period that most staff require.
