Good pay flexible for family life many employee benefits

can be stressful - meeting customer deadlines some growing pains - growing fast poses speed bumps with management of time and resources.

Benefits are nice, pay is pretty good.

High stress level, they claim 4 -10s but have been working 5 10 hour days since January with no end in sight. Management says one thing, then does the other. They cant even follow their own core values but expect others too. Employee moral is way low due to management over working.
