After a year and 1000 hours you receive a retail bonus after inventory is taken every 3 months if you are part time it is 8 hours of pay, if you are full time it depends on the inventory taken and how long you have worked there. And after i think 3 years of employment you are given Publix stock just for working. 401k is offered after 3 months of employment and the match up 3% of what you contribute.

Due to the economy many if not all the stores are no longer hiring nor promoting Full time personnel. This is the only way you can apply for management. You need 6 months of full time as such, I have given opportunities a one star. Unless you are full time there is no room for growth. Also the health and dental insurance is terrible.
