There is absolutely no work life balance. As a full timer that has put in over 16byears with the company, I have different shifts every day and every week. Management acts as if they are superior to everyone else and is constantly threatening to write people up over every minor little thing, from not smiling or receiving a hug from someone when you were crying over a lost loved one.
