Supportive people, fun environment. Management was great.

Bad neighborhood and parking lot was several blocks away. They do not like to fire anyone, so bad employees are shuffled from department to department. Equipment is not up to date.

Decent work, a true 40 hour work week, some flexibility, decent pay. Training was paid for and taken care of. Always busy.

Problems with budgeting, some nepotism which decreased morale, not a whole lot of room to advance even if work was really good.
