I have been working for Pulse Management group for 7 months now. A little bit about me, I had recently graduated from college in Spain (where I’m from) when I decided to apply for a position at Pulse. I had a degree in Marketing and Business Management but had little to no experience in that field of work, so coming to the US I was looking for a place where I could get my career started and that at the same time allowed for me to be able to move up in the company which led to me applying to different places of work. I had gotten offers to join other companies but they didn’t quite give me what I was looking for, I knew I didn’t want to be stuck doing the same role for years or take a job I would eventually had to leave if I wanted to move to a different role rather then entry level. Then I came for an interview at Pulse. From the very beginning it felt different as people where excited about their job and were very welcoming, their culture really was attractive to me. As for the interview it was a 2 day process where I got to sit down with one of their account managers and he explained to me what they were looking for and where they where heading. What stood out to me was the opportunity for growth it presented, which to me at the time meant that this could potentially turn out to be the last resume I ever wrote. I decided to accept the offer after the interview was done and beginning working with the company. My experience has been that everything they presented to me in that interview has become a reality up to this point. I moved from entry lever to and Assistant Director in 7 months. It’s a challenging line of work but as natural competitor (must be the athlete in me) I found the challenges exciting.

It takes hard work, effort and dedication but when you see you’re putting it to good use and see the results of it come through I would say it’s worth it
