Very nice people to work with. The CEO of the company is very friendly and overal the company is making a good effort to listen to employees feedback. There is a lot of socializing going on. Flexible hours. 33 days holiday, where you are not forced to get holiday days for public holidays, but work and save those days instead.

Problem with selected people knowing certain projects and not having time to introduce others to it. No year bonuses, unless the company has done well for the past financial year.

A fun place to work, good culture, varied technologies used. Good for developing a wide range of skills due to being exposed to lots of different things very early on. Approachable and friendly management.

Advancement is slow and seems limited. Not enough senior developers and too many junior, which can result in the blind leading the blind without proper guideance. As a result code quality and review can suffer.
