Barely paid enough to make ends meet. University proclaims they want us to be Healthy Boilers, but have systematically stripped much of our health care away. Lack of benefits has caused out of pocket costs for things like routine medicine to jump for 0 to thousands per month in the last year. 2%or less raises while touting frozen tuition for students makes employees feel valueless. Administrative response is either lacking or cold, with comments such as "find another job".
