      I have taken the time to read through many other reviews and I do not see where the parking is so bad for people. I park in the parking lot at the mall and there is a lot of parking spots every day. I have been with Pure for many years now and I am very happy. I am happy with the people that work for me and I am happy with the people I work for. There is some regular retail issues but it is not anything that would make me feel bad about my job. I work very hard and everyone knows that about me. My boss she tells me all the time how she sees what she refers to as my energy and that makes me feel good because I know she has a lot of employees and is very busy so when she take that time it makes me feel really great. Also the people that work for me see happy not every single one but most of them and same for people in the office. Most of them.

      The main con is 7 days a week. Why do malls in America open 7 days a week. Not every day is busy. 6 would be fine.

      I have had the most profound experience of my career working at Pure. I have worked at 3 locations in this company under the direction of the owner. I have leveled up 3 positions from the place I started with the company. I have learned a lot and most of the time it has been fun. Sometimes I felt a little challenged but I think in the long run that has been really good for me. I found my self in areas of retail I didn't even know I was interested in under the guidance of management and the owners and it opened up new doors for me. I feel heard, and I feel seen here by the most important people in the company. I have not felt that way previously at other companys and I am grateful for this experience.

      I do not like eating at the food court or mall restaurant so I bring my lunch every day, north Italia is ok but really the food at the mall is terrible. I also don't understand why the mall needs to be open 7 days a week from 10 to 8 but I guess that Is really not my decision.
