      - Career Progression, I've been lucky in 5 years to be promoted 3 x times. I've also seen in the last 3.5 years 45+ Internal Progressions into new gyms & central support roles.

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
