      I have worked for puregym for 3 years and I have been supported through my return to work after maternity, through a complete career change, which was encouraged by Puregym itself to pursue, and through another pregnancy and maternity. I have upskilled in roles I never would have been able to experience in other companies because they believed in me. Puregym has built my career in the space of 3 years and I am forever grateful!

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
