      The sales side of things hasn't been around long so I think this company has a start-up feel to it which I enjoy. Since it is relatively new, management takes your thoughts and concerns seriously. The CEO is also trying to incorporate a more modern and innovative culture to the company which is refreshing. The branch managers are always understanding and eager to assist. There are huge rewards if you are willing to work hard. I started this job right out of college and I'm making more than the average entry-level salary could provide. Management is working on opening several new branches in the future, huge potential for growth within the company.

      Working in sales is not for everyone. If you aren't willing to work hard and go the extra mile, you probably won't enjoy working here. Cold calling isn't always enjoyable but it will help you build your pipeline and increase your earnings.

      I began with working at Pure Health Solutions fairly recently. This company has obviously gone through a great deal of change and transition. This is evident with the large number of recent new hires, a new CEO, etc. I can't speak on what things were like before I got here. However, I can say that my personal experience has been nothing but positive. As a newcomer, I have never felt like my performance is being scrutinized at every move. Instead, management has been there every step of the way to help me as I learn. To sum up their general philosophy on work performance: "we don't expect you to be an all-star right away. Just try your best, put in hard work, and good things will come your way". This company is not without its faults, but overall, I think it is moving in a positive direction.
