I have been working here for full-time for more than 3 years and I can say that the PS is the best place to work or starting the carrier with. Got the opportunity to work with different clients and get the chance of exploring more contrasting roles and skills in different domains. The management is extremely receptive to new ideas and does not indulge in micromanagement.
