      No Leadership, No Recognition, Internal Politics is promoted down from Management the Supervisors to treat employees terrible, No Value,Lack of Trust, Disengagement , You Feel Exspendable,No Empowerment, NOT being able to communicate to teammates about issues that will assist you in completing your job correct, suppression of your ability and made to fill inadequate and less than. Being Micromanage. Cultural and Values are very Poor. Leadership Malpractice

      The is place sucks, been here close to a year now and I’ve started they have change the schedule 4 times with in the past 11 months with little to heads up. Management is incompetent and expect you to do their job and take all the credit. The job market is rough and I believe they are taking full advantage of this to keep everyone under their foot. HR sucks and everyone will lie to your face. They have a hard time hiring quality employees so they take it out on the loyal employees/contractees and are now offering significantly less to everyone else…very greedy people.
