When I joined this company, things went downhill right after training. The manager immediately started demanding 3–4 submissions every single day. Mind you, I’m a senior recruiter in an internal department — I understand the necessity of work. But then they suddenly expected 3–4 joinings per month as well. If the actual target is monthly joinings, why on earth would you need 3–4 submissions daily? It’s nothing but mental harassment disguised as “performance.” On top of that, the so-called leadership runs on ego more than actual work. The constant pressure feels more like torture than management. To make it worse, even at logout, they drag everyone into a “day-end call” that wastes 15–20 minutes of people’s personal time, causing unnecessary waiting for no logical reason.
