Contact person does not have any information or update regarding the contract renewal. 8. At the time of hiring, they make commitments such as, "You will be on our payroll for 6 months and then you will be a permanent employee. 9. They hardly interact with the Client company and instead ask their own employees to go and follow up with them. 10. Salary slips are usually delayed.
