First of all Pyramid recruiter found my resume and called me asking to represent me. What they did after that was terrific. They got me an interview and once we had an agreement they got me a small bump in the rate! I went from dejected to ecstatic. No other recruiter had done as much. Since then they worked with me and our customer to get me another raise during the initial contract. They're not miracle workers but supported me to get the raise.
