Pyramid values the input of all internal Colleagues and external Consultants as a way to gain insight into what we are doing well, and what we need to do better. To support this goal, we have asked our Colleagues to encourage Consultants to provide their honest feedback. We have chosen to gather this feedback on Glassdoor because it is a mechanism for direct and unfiltered input. Pyramid does not “blackmail” Colleagues to get good feedback on this site. Ethical operations are a tenant of Pyramid’s Core Values. We are committed to operating ethically in all business operations, and do not extend special treatment to Colleagues who are “related to the family” as has been suggested. Any Colleague who feels that they have been subject to unethical treatment is encouraged to take advantage of Pyramid’s “open door” policy and address the issue directly with our VP of HR, our EVP of Staffing, or our CEO.
