-Upfront, they do not care about you in any way, you are a paycheck for them. -Comparing FTE roles, they take about 60% of your paycheck -Consultant management never knows what is happening. -Very bad communication. -Big red flag for me was no contribution to continued training/ certifications. -Bare minimum benefits. -No holiday pay. -Didn't even know when my contract ended and did not offer any help for another placement until contract was already over.
