Complete unheard lack of boundaries. The way the account execs run the business is close to a mental torture chamber! .You're N E V E R off, even when you're off. They only pay you for the hours spent in store, so when the account exec reach out to you excessively any given day of the week to have 'talks' about your sales (outside of the days you're working) which is quite often, or do conference calls mid week -although the work hours are usually scheduled between Thursday and Sunday- it's all unpaid and expected for you to do and be available for. The chat forum that's utilized to communicate with the team , have message alerts going off non stop and is constantly bombarded with numbers and messages about how far behind we all are-that's expected to be read (again, even on your days off). Completely unrealistic sales goals.
