7yThanks for sharing. I’m so glad you’re enjoying your time with us and I always love hearing when someone is feeling that sense of team. We aim to provide as many opportunities as possible for folks to get to know one another, since so many of us work remotely. But mostly it says a lot about everyone’s willingness to reach out and connect with each other!
I’d like to quickly point out our career path is another great perk, especially for those who have the urge to take on a larger role. Most of the time we look within first to fill these opportunities, which offer a lot of the same advantages of our part-time positions but with full-time benefits, including health coverage, 401K, and paid time off.
Regarding ramping up hours, it’s really specific to our partners’ ability to gain access for our team. The time it takes is largely due to specific security precautions at each facility. So, our goal is to get everyone to the desirable number as quickly as possible, but that time does vary depending upon the partner. We encourage folks to keep an open dialogue with their Senior Managers to make sure things move at a good pace. I hope you’ve reached a number that you’re happy with now!
