And, a quick note about our workspace: Efficiency is among our highest priorities so we can offer our partners the best value possible. This includes considering our physical environment with an eye toward inter- and intra-team collaboration as well as remote work arrangements that provide a lot of individual flexibility, allowing for investments back into the business and into our people over our space. That said, we regularly gather feedback from our teams and if workspace is ever an issue, we make certain to work toward the necessary improvements.
