The company is owned by private equity firm and like any other investment, can be sold to the highest bidder at any time. The company has cash flow issues and as such, has a difficult time paying suppliers. They have been doing a lot of layoffs recently as well at the request of the private equity firm because Q'Max keeps asking them for more money to pay the bills. There is no growth potential here. Been at the same job doing the same thing with the same pay for years. They offer a bonus but you'll never get one since 100% is tied to EBITDA. And they never meet the target.
