I started with the company around 5 years ago, and since that period there was been an sizeable increase in customers using our products..what’s they key ? let me try to answer this.. I had a job many years ago and when I was promoted to a team leader role I was asked by a senior manager to review the team, he asked me to think in terms of the following "if I was going to start a business who would I take ?, and if there are people you would not take, why are they still here ?".. and here is the answer, within Redzone there is not one person I would not take...Everyone is a star performer, committed to customers, very talented, hard working, none of this 9-5 culture, or “its not my job” type mentality. A blame culture does not exist, we all win as a team working together...across all functions.. I have learned huge amounts by engaging with colleagues.. The company is very customer driven...we genuinely want to help customers improve their working life, and ultimately their life outside work.. Senior leadership are very supportive and genuinely care about employees and customers. The product is built on the latest IT architecture which is great experience for the more technically orientated people..
