Do not work at this company for any amount of time!! You will be treated like a 2nd class citizen!! You will be assigned a parking spot, if someone parks in your space then you are required to report this to human resources. If you chose not to then expect to get in trouble. There is plenty of parking available, it's just a way they can control you. If you smoke do not apply because you will not be hired. Human resources told me that it is highly recommended to not take off work for a child's doctors appointment and to have someone take my child to their doctors appointments. The attendance policy is 3 pages long and covers everything from coming in late, leaving early and taking the day off. You are allowed only so many occurrences (the reason does not matter). Human resources even told me that they set up the attendance policy to use it against the employees!!! Be prepared to give a detailed reason for your absent or coming in late or leaving early. Everyone that works in the office will take their lunch at 12pm and return at 1pm. If you leave late for lunch (the reason does not matter) you are required to return by 1pm. Do not expect to move your lunch around. It's 12pm and that's that. If you want a break then clock out. There are no paid breaks. The 2nd floor is for the executives, stay off that floor. You are beneath them. If you save your work on the computer system then use number 2 because you are once again beneath them. The executives use number 1. The people who work there stay quiet, act like robots, and scared that they will lose their job. There is no chit chatting. They are micro managers on everything. This is the worst job I have ever had in my life!!! They throw good pay at you and then expect to control your every move all day, treat you as a 2nd class citizen, and their tactics are abusive! I could go on and one but I hope that this will give you a vision of what working for this company is like. Stay far from their compound!!!
