Toxic environment. No loyalty towards staff. Exceptionally high turnover for such a small organisation. CEO is a rude, disrespectful and obnoxious human being who does not value the opinions of others. Always thinks he is right. Threatens to fire people in front of other employees. QIB UK 'claim' to be a big player in Islamic Finance in London but only riding off the success off HQ Exceptionally poor profit margins Exceptionally low client base Regularly investigated by Regulators Poor structure/policies/procedures
