Terrible Company - Recensione dipendente - Collector presso QML Pathology

Great co-workers and stable job.

Awful pay and understaffed. Management needs to do better for the employees, not just the business.

I literally can’t think of anything

-Upper management is horrible. -very limited parking, although becoming better as more people quit. -Pay not competitive -benefits not competitive (only 2 weeks paid mat/pat leave) -Mould on the ceilings not dealt with, often have health issues due to the work environment -Very slow fixing any repairs. Bathroom door in the ladies was broken for almost a week. And that was the fastest repair I’ve seen. -Colleagues have stolen people’s lunches and containers from the shared fridges with no consequences - not provided with any spare cutlery in the work kitchen. If you forget yours too bad, even though it is a legal requirement for larger businesses (which QML qualifies as)
