      For some a good place to start a career. Really flexible remote working. People care that jobs get done much more than the hours spent on your office laptop. Coworkers can be wonderful people. Coworkers are more than willing to assist you with challenges. Good place to learn new (and old) things.

      Svantaggi

      Management (especially C-level) can be dishonest to employees. Lower level management can needlessly over constrain solutions for problems. Seems to be having turnover problems.

      Good place to learn how about being barista for first timer (depends on your team lead and colleague tho) and also to improve your fast paced service

      Well, there's no commission or stuff like that, a bit pressure at times especially when during seasonal promo, and closing times .. but depends on the person whether you can take it or not because working in f&b is always pressure and physically tiring
