The company vehicle wasn’t great for rural jobs

None worth mentioning (maybe stable work while still employed, but that’s about it)

• Terminations disguised as “poor performance” with no warning or feedback • Lack of transparency and accountability from management • HR gives radio silence when asked for explanations • Employees blindsided with same-day termination calls • Insurance/benefits cancellations processed in advance without notifying the employee • Firing conveniently timed for the last day of the month
