      The global surge in AI is drastically increasing the need for data center solutions. While tech companies appear unstable at times, the data center industry's exponential growth may offer reassurance for long-term stability in tech careers. Most new employees come from outside the industry, bringing a unique/fresh perspective and transferrable skills that will add value. We have the tools and resources to be successful. QTS is considered a leader in DC space, and employees are in high-demand from competitors.

      Some of the tenured leaders are too busy being in the weeds and failing to make an impact on the big picture. Unprecedented growth results in gaps across all areas of the business. Consistent missteps in cross-functional communication/partnership result in work that mimics stop and go traffic. Competitors are targeting key-players across the business. We have an abundance of resources that aren't being used effectively.

      Thank you for the constructive feedback! We appreciate your honesty and passion for QTS. You've raised some important points, and we're listening. In People Services, we've recently launched a handful of project teams aimed at improving partnership and communication across the business. Company-wide, we've built some momentum towards addressing ongoing growing pains. It's a work in progress, but we're committed to doing our best! We know that sustainable success means stepping back, evaluating what's working, and embracing change. Our leadership team frequently asks the hard questions about scalability, resource use, and how to create a culture that retains and empowers our people. Thank you for the reminder and we will continue to not shy away from these questions!

      The company has continued to find new ways to increase retention. Have a great team and feel supported by management. Just added a new equity program along with already existing stock purchase program.

      Limited amount of work from home days allocated per employee. No car bonus or reimbursement for tolls on commute to work.

      We appreciate the review! It's encouraging to hear you're excited about our new equity program, "Together We Grow." When QTS is successful, everyone is successful! QTS recognizes that work flexibility is important and employees are encouraged to utilize all 52 work-from-home days every year. This does not include days when the unexpected occurs, like picking up a sick child from school, running home to take care of an immediate need, falling ill, etc. Thank you for your feedback and contributions to QTS!

Fluid workflow - There are opportunities to work with other workgroups when you have spare capacity to grow your knowledge/experience into other areas. Rampant Growth - Industry as a whole is expanding very fast. Giving new opportunities for movement Environmental stewards - Leader in sustainable data centers with closed loop cooling. Community driven - Constantly have volunteer opportunities available and actively looking for more Teamwork - From at work, to at home; Your coworkers, managers, and executives actually care about you. They want to know who you are and are genuine in their interactions. CEO's will actively strive to learn your name... so it still has the small company vibe, but it is getting bigger fast.

      Growing pains - Rapid growth and expansion have left some policies in need of polishing/creating. With the rapid growth there is upward mobility that leaves production vacuums behind. Good/Bad - the expansion doesn't appear to be slowing down anytime soon.
