Thank you for taking the time to highlight a few aspects of QTS’ work environment and culture. One of these programs is our Q-Rest Sabbatical Program: a two, four, or six week sabbatical at their 5-year service milestones (basis tenure). Another program, as you note, is our flex work from home program. Eligible positions have the ability to work up to 52 days per year from their home to support additional structured flexibility. We also value being together in-person to support each other, expand mentoring, enable succession planning, and speed to execution. Though we have a predominantly in-office workforce, certain positions in the company may be eligible for a remote arrangement with travel as business needs necessitate.
