Excellent culture. Ability to work with many different teams. Encourages thinking outside the box with the ability to work on projects that your department may not own. Still a fast-growing company with global expansion.

Company's focus has moved to finance-based. This can take time away from your job responsibilities (you do learn about finance and where the current focus is).

The company is community (internal and external) oriented. There is active care towards people and improving the work environment. Tools and improvements are always available to help people to their work and grow. Company cares about employee growth and supports that greatly (within a department, and intra-department).

The actual environment is not great. It is a predominantly Cambodian workforce and they tend to make people feel left out - including not speaking english, making fun of people, being rude, not inclusive... There is little done, to almost no effect about this issue. This also means that people who are not Cambodian end up being treated unfairly as a whole so as to preserve the majority body.
