      heavy work load made for quick experience

      NO work life balance, sexual harassment, unrealistic expectations, poor pay for the work load, micromanager who publicly criticized and destroyed morale. Skates by because it's a small company and violates so many labor laws, just hires staff desperate for a job and don't know any better.
